George and his team will ask you to provide some or all of the documents listed below depending on your individual situation to support and verify your loan application. Additional documentation may be requested as your loan application and documents are reviewed.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Driver’s License / Photo ID
- Most recent pay stubs covering 30 consecutive days of pay
- W-2s for the most recent 2 years
- Federal tax returns (1040s with all schedules) for the most recent 2 years
- HR contact information to verify employment and income
- Most recent 2 months of bank statements for all accounts (all pages)
- Most recent quarterly statement for retirement/investment accounts (all pages)
- Most recent mortgage statement(s) for each property
- Copy of 2nd mortgage note (if applicable)
- Homeowners insurance declaration page or agent contact information
